Once Upon A Time Publishing

At Once Upon a Time Publishing we believe that imagination can make the impossible ~ POSSIBLE! A good book can sweep you off of your feet. Whisking you away to far off lands, introducing you to colorful characters and enabling you to live out adventures beyond your wildest dreams. Some may call this playful, but for kids, play is serious learning. And books are one of the greatest tools to foster imagination and creativity.

Books also present the opportunity of teaching important lessons. Sometimes there are “big people” problems or feelings that are hard to talk about. Many children’s book authors have been inspired from their own childhood, and their story; the message of hope they wished someone would have shared with them.

So whether you are here to play, here to learn, or here to teach, the characters of Once Upon a Time Publishing welcome you!

A Note From the Founder, Bob Bare

I was ecstatic about starting SEGR Publishing a few years back. This had been my dream for many years, but there was something missing. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but that something was keeping me from my happily ever after.

Then one day it hit me! Yes, I am a publisher. Yes, I am a businessman. But most importantly, I am a father and a grandfather. Some of the most cherished memories of my own children growing up, are the times I spent reading to them. From The Berenstain Bears to Moby Dick we traveled through the years. Then out of nowhere they grew up and now have their own children to read to.

Once Upon a Time Publishing is my way of giving back to what could never really be repaid. For every moment was precious and irreplaceable, and that is what I want to share with the world.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
